Today is the first real working day that I experience what it's like to fit expressing time into work time. Quite disruptive in terms of work but I hope to persevere for as long as I can becos it's for Jon's gd! :):) Probably a change in how I manage work (e.g. lunch in more to squeeze time for work and expressing). 加油!!
