Can't believe that a certain person actually told my poor colleagues who have been working very hard and putting in late hours, even working throughout weekends, that there is no divide between working and personal lives. How can you say such things to people who have diligently put in soo much effort to deliver work?! No empathy or appreciation meh? Even if you disagree, don't put it across like that lah. There are so many ways of communicating something or even sharing views, but we must be reasonable and fair in what we say. Sigh.. Such is our lives..
