wasted one whole morning, my only time available this friday juz to do some dumb stuff that is totally not of my concern. i hate it when governmental bodies are so slow in doing stuff. how can u let someone call n call for the whole morning and yet not pick up that DAMNED phone! where are our taxpayers' money going to? customer service is crap for stat boards. they ought to be fired! what the hell do you think you're doing? no single soul answers the stupid phone in the WHOLE building! for goodness sake, are you guys dead ppl in the international plaza? and guess what, i have to pay for your stupid inefficiencies. and you can't even give me a single piece of useful advice. bizfile sucks. you juz give me phone numbers that are of no use at all. you're dumb, cant even give me solid advice. you're crap. the whole website is the least user-friendly. why don't you juz provide the service at your buildings as well? how can you juz discard the whole function of providing service? then why are you there? there don't seem to be any need for your lousy 'service' if you can't do anything for the masses.
