it's been tiring the past couple of days. learnt how to use photoshop when i was editing stuff for stella. taught by louis. he's kinda irritating at times, but ok lah. attention seeker, so he can get on ppl's nerves a bit. his saving grace is tt he taught me photoshop. haha, i sound so practical.

anyway just watched band aid twenty's "do they know it's christmas" nice song with a star studded band. what's more touching is the purpose for this band aid twenty formation. doing something for the famine in ethiopia. we live in such an unbalanced world. some countries are fighting the battle against the flabs, while others are fight the war on malnutrition and famine. it's a sorrowful state that our world is so unfair. it kind of boils down to where you were born into. if you're living in upstate manhattan or paris, good for you. but what if you're born in the rural states of africa? sometimes i wonder why God allows such things to happen. it's definitely for a purpose. the question is what purpose is it? a lesson for the world? a punishment for the wrongs done by their forefathers? we won't actually know till we ask God personally.

i'm not really all that garang, but sometimes i do have off the track dreams. serving as a youth on dulos, travelling to africa to help build schools. some of my dreams. wonder if i'll ever muster the courage to step out of my comfort zone to get there now. it's ok, i'm contented to have them rest in my mind as an illusive dream.
